Obituary of Rose Doyno

Doyno, Rose – on Feb. 27, 2015, age 99. She was born April 15, 1915 at Harlem Hospital. A resident of Bayville, a place she loved, for over 50 years. She is predeceased by husband Benny, whom she married in the Bronx in 1940 and sons Kenny and Les. Loving grandmother of Kenny (Keri) and Kim and 3 great grandchildren all of California. Rose was a dedicated volunteer at Mrs. Jones Attic Thrift Shop, in Bayville, when it was established in 1993. A special thank you to those staff members at the Marquis Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Glen Cove who welcomed her and cared for her with compassion and love. Services are private.
