My mom was the most amazing woman I know. She was amazing because of the way she loved her Children/family. She lived with my family for 23 years and taught us many life lessons. For example, she always said never be ashamed when you do things with your heart, even if its not the popular thing to do. It was not ok to deliberately hurt another person or creature. God gave me the gift of faith but my mom was my role model. Prayer was her constant companion. I spent every holiday with her that I could remember. I suppose you can call me a "MOMMA'S GIRL" She also was very funny and a joy to be around. I remember mom and I were working side by side in the kitchen preparing a large Sunday dinner. It was time to take the ziti out of the oven. We stood together and I leaned over opened the oven door lifted the pan and dropped the whole tray of ziti on the floor. We were both stunned for a moment. We looked at each other and began to laugh hysterically until we cried. That day every time I looked at her we started to laugh. Even now, I am laughing as I think of that ziti rolling down the stove onto the floor. I will miss you dear one and I will hold you close forever in my heart. Your grateful loving daughter, Angela

Dear Felicia: I am so sorry to hear of your passing. But I guess God needed another cook up there to help with the meals. Although I have only met you a few times through my dear friend Phyllis, I always felt very special to be in your company. You were the family Matriach. And they all loved you so. May you Rest In Peace. Please say Hello to my Dear Husband Vic. With Love & Sadness, Jessie

Dear Mar ~
I almost have a glimpse of you in heaven greeating all of your loved ones who have gone on before you.. What a gift it was from God that He gave you to this amazing family! You indeed lived your life with grace. If every woman loved their family the way you have, this world would be a completely different place. I will never forget you.. I will never be able to see the following things without thinking of you.. Foccaccia, Squangee (did I spell that right??), Escarole & Beans, Pasta Fazool, word search puzzles, Danielle Steel books and my iron. You were the best vacation packer that this world has ever seen! Love you Mar! I will miss you and look forward to meeting up with you again someday! xo

To the most beautiful little lady I knew. You have left behind a legacy that will never be able to do. You were such a blessing to all 59 people who were created by YOU. May you dance with the angels and give my dad a big hug and kiss from me. This is not a good bye sweet angel, this is until then. I love you and don't you ever forget it. xoxoxox

Having known my great grandmother for as long as I have is a blessing itself, but you were certainly one of a kind. I hope that I get to live a life close to yours. I know that you will be there to watch me from heaven. Your whole family loves your more than anything and you will always be in our hearts.

My Dear Mar...If we are lucky enough to have someone that touches our lives the way you did, we are very rich people! You were always there to take me to the hospital each and every day while my Mom was sick. I know you were one of my biggest fans and loved to hear me sing and there was no one that I enjoyed singing to you more than you!I was so happy I got to see you last night before you passed and I got to sing to you one last time! I LOVE YOU! Enjoy everyone that is welcoming you in heaven...
