Fred was my lifelong friend. When you were with him you did not want to be anywhere else. He brought unique qualities to the relationship: intelligent conversation, honesty and humor. In Frances he found his soulmate and together they built a great family. I cherish my many memories of him and will miss him dearly. Our thougths are with Frances and the kids.

To the family of Dr. Mortati: I have been a patient of Dr. Mortati for over twelve years. I know you know this but he was the best doctor in the whole world. I had a horrible seizure on my 29th birthday and he saw me through that and all of my paranoia that is associated with it. He had so much patience with me, helping me through it. Then when I became pregnant, he sat with me for over two hours, going over the risks/benefits of staying on my medicine, again never getting aggravated with me. He made sure I had a healthy baby and I did. He was wonderful and I am so saddened to hear of his passing. I am praying for his family to have strength. I know he is with God now because he was one of a kind.
Respectfully,
Angela Reisiger

It is with my deepest sympathy I send my condolences. I didn't know Dr Mortati personally but if you measure a person by his family he must have been a wonderful and giving man. My friend Fred has demonstrated through his actions what wonderful family he must come from. You have to be taught honesty, integrety and loyalty. Dr, Mortati did a great job and leaves a legacy anyone would be proud of.
