Butler II, David Leo- on July 4, 2008, age 77, resident of Forest Hills, NY. Beloved husband of the late Marion. Loving father of Joseph (Mary), Christine Ciarletta (John) and the late David. Cherished grandfather of David, Kathleen, Lauren, John, James and Kevin. Dear brother of Jimmy, Francis, Mary, Joanie and Denise. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. A proud Veteran of the Korean War. Former superintendent of the Forest Hills Owners Corp.
