Elliott, Frank J. - on Jan. 28, 2013, age 87, of Oyster Bay, NY. Beloved husband of Rachel. Loving father of George (Felicia). Cherished grandfather of Kristen and Lauren. Also survived by loving relatives and friends. He was a proud WWII Veteran, Purple Heart recipient, and a devoted member of VFW Post 5253.
