chuck Leary posted a condolence
My name is Chuck Leary, Bill Reoch's nephew. He was a big part of my growing up in Hicksville. Life was an adventure. "Hey Skip! Lets go for a ride" meant flying over Long Island Sound in a single engine airplane. He showed me the artistry of the "Three Stooges " and "Laurel & Hardy". I stayed up late one night to watch the "Mummy" starring Boris Karloff. I was by myself with the lights off. Uncle Bill wrapped himself in gauze, snuck up behind me and moaned. Scared the heck out of me. He told my parents I had rythym. Ended up taking drum lessons. I hated the classes and the practicing. Years later found myself in a Rock & Roll band, making people move and dance was a wonderful feeling. That's what music is about. Thank you Uncle Bill. I could go on for hours, the memories are flooding back so I better sign off. "Hey! Uncle Bill. Look at you man. You got wings". Love Chuck
