Obituary of Stanley Q. Casey

Casey, Stanley Q. on February 20, 2006, age 57, of Cold Spring Harbor, NY. Born in New Rochelle, NY on September 12, 1948. Beloved father of Allison, Eve and Stanley Quinn Casey, Jr. Stanley was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1976, he served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of New York from 1977-1979. In 1982 he practiced before the U.S. District Courts as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. He became president of the Fordam Law School Alumni of Long Island in 1987 and he proceeded to practice law in such areas as Labor and Employment Law, ERISA, Employee Beneifits and Union Labor Law. Throughout his life, Stanley actively participated in Irish American Affairs. He received the highly prestigious Ellis Island Medal of Honor in May of 1995.
