Flanagan-Ney, Patricia Anne Unexpectedly on Mar. 31, 2004, age 39, of Bayville, LI. Beloved wife of David Ney. Loving mother of Zachary and Amanda. Cherished daughter of Martin Patrick and Valerie J. Flanagan. Dear sister of Marty, and Valerie. Also survived by many loving relaives an friends. She was a devoted Executive Board Member of Locust Valley Middle School Parents Council, and Bayville P.T.A. since 1995. She was also a Girl Scout Leader, Class Mother, and member of the Combined Parents Council, Board member for the Center for Parents and Children, among many other community service activities.Visiting Oyster Bay Funeral Home, 261 South St.,Oyster Bay, LI, Tuesday 3-5 & 7-9 pm.
