Dear brother of Michael, and Karen Garces. Proud uncle of Diana, Donald, Matthew, Krystina, Kevin, and Timmy. Loving son in law of Peter Sr. and Barbara Valsecchi. Cherished brother in law of Peter Valsecchi, Jr. (Sandra) Valsecchi Also survived by many loving relatives and friends. Devoted member of Bayville Fire Co., No. 1. for 38 years.
