Michelle and I want to send our heartfelt condolences to you all. Almost 40 years ago, Andy gave me the unique opportunity to be his first assistant coach for the Lady Gators. It was an opportunity of a life time to work alongside a phenomenal coach and human being. Andy taught me so much in my 6 seasons that it helped shape my career in coaching and in other parts of my professional life. It was an honor to work with the players that he recruited in a world class collegiate tennis program.
I have fond memories of those early days in the mid 1980s building a legacy that will stand the test of time! Andy will never be forgotten.
