Lena was a wonderful colleague who brought perpetual energy and conviviality every day she was at the office.
Her gifts of kindness, bright humor, and the occasional sweet treat of her home-baking crafted from safe-guarded recipes will always be remembered.
Sympathy and condolences to Lena's family and to all whose heart Lena touched.

My deepest condolences to the Palazzo and Dimino Families. I was very lucky to be able to spend my day to day with Lena at IRM for so many years. She was so sweet, caring and had always the most positive disposition to help when needed. Lena will be greatly missed by all of us here at IRM. We hope God gives you all the strength to overcome all of this.

We will miss you Lena and you will never be forgotten we are so blessed to have your son in our lives he is our children's uncle Joe and you raised both your children to be such loving people! Lena A. Dimino, 1941-2022
Lena was energetic, optimistic, uncompromising, loyal, immensely sympathetic, funny and thorough.
She harvested love and devotion from her family about whom she always had a good story to tell, full of pride and admiration. She stamped her character on her workplace and on her business relations. Her colleagues measured their commitment to the job by comparing themselves to her exceptional model. She was, for many of our clients, the public interface and personality of IRM since she first joined the company almost sixty years ago. The younger employees remember her like a wise and cheerful grandmother.
She was a proud Italian American, an ardent bocci player, a regular church goer, with a profound sense of right and wrong. Her character inspired us all to be better. Yet she was modest and appreciative of any opportunity to learn something new, whether it be how to use a new computer of how to paddle a kayak. She absorbed innovations and new techniques with great curiosity and eager appetite. She was always available in an emergency, no matter what the hour or holiday. We are all blessed to have been able to share in her remarkable life.

Condolences to the Palozzo and Dimino family. Your mom was a great friend. She always made me smile. Our friendship began forty plus years ago waiting for a commuter bus to get to work. She will always be on my
mind and forever in my heart

My Godmother, a wonderful woman❤️Sometimes she would call me Loretta as we reminisced when I was young and our Grandmother Lena & I stayed at her house. Grandma said to me “Loretta go to bed, Lena is tired.” All these years later we still laughed about it.
