My sincere condolences to the entire Aiello Family. I am so happy and privileged to cross paths with Tesse and Sal. I moved to Bayville in 1996, and soon after was directed to Tesse for alterations. Soon after we began to share memories from Queens, Whitestone, where I grew up. My daughters looked at Tesse as a grandmother figure, and enjoyed visiting her every time we needed an alteration. At Christmas time I would give Tesse and Sal my home baked cookies. I remember one day right before Christmas I went to Tesse with something I needed altered, and she was baking, Sal was sitting at the kitchen table, acting as her "timer". It was such an adorable site to witness. A Christmas memory etched in my mind. I again offer my condolences, along with my daughters Vanessa and Cassandra Rose, and am sad that Tesse has passed, yet again so happy lucky to have known her.
