The greatest measure of a man's life is how well he will be remembered ... Uncle John's memory will always be bright, vivacious and meticulous. We are all lucky to have had him in our lives. What a cool man. ❤️

Our family is lessened by one here on earth, but more importantly, our family has gained a beloved Heavenly angel in Uncle John. My love and prayers are with my cousins - continue to celebrate his life through yours. We love you ... and we rejoice that Aunt Vi and Uncle John are together in Paradise. God Bless Us, Everyone.

I was lucky enough to grow up across the street from Mr. Ceccarelli. Not having grown up with a grandfather, he certainly filled that role. He always took an interest in my life and I will miss my visits with him each time I came back to NY. He was a very kind and generous man and my entire family will miss him greatly. May his memory be eternal.

My family and I moved to Oyster Bay 37 years ago and we became fast friends with John and his family. He was a kind and gentle soul who was always willing to help you out. It's hard to imagine we won't be seeing him around any more. I wish everybody could have a neighbor like John at least once in their life. May his memory be eternal!

My deepest sympathy on the loss of your father. I remember him riding his bike past our house every night and stopping to talk to my dad. He was a very gentle soul. God Bless, Judy Brauner Hyrka

The news of my Uncle John has filled my heart with sadness.
I can recall the days when I used to visit
Di home and be treated like his own children.
May GOD rest his soul in peace.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
REST IN ETERNAL PEACE
